5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Notarization Services: Fees for completed notarizations are non-refundable.

• Appointment Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable.
