Booking Policy

Appointment Scheduling

- All bookings must be made through Setmore, www.comperesolutions,com, email, or phone.

- Clients must schedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

- Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.


Confirmation & Reminders

- Clients will receive an appointment confirmation via email or text upon booking.

- Automatic reminder emails will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% service fee.

- No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.


Payment & Deposits

- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in a contract.

- For certain services a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.


Late Arrivals

- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

- After 15 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the client’s expense.


Emergency Exceptions

- In cases of emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Compere Solutions.
